YOU MAY
1. Use Elker Wanderley Designs
products for your own scrapbook pages and projects,
including hybrid works or
paper scrapping
2. Use
Elker Wanderley Designs products in layouts that are posted
in online galleries and/or submitted to
magazines.
Please be sure to credit me with the element and/or kit
name. If you would like to link to a website,
please use
the following link address:

3. Copy Elker
Wanderley Designs files to any external hard drives and
computers that are owned and used
expressly by you for
digital scrapbooking purposes; this does not include
computers that are used by other
digital scrappers or
people who would use my designs other than your immediate
family (Spouse, Children
living in the same household).
4. Make DVD or CD backups of my files to store solely
for your own use. These backups may not be shared with
any other person.
5. Use Elker Wanderley Designs for
your HOME-BASED BUSINESS under my limited professional use /
scrap for hire
conditions noted below.
6. Request
permission to use Elker Wanderley Designs products in web
pages, Blog and Store Tops etc, so please
contact me to
be sure.
LIMITED PROFESSIONAL USE/SCRAP FOR HIRE (S4H)
YOU MAY
1. YOU MAY create layouts or other craft
items for individual clients to be delivered to the client
in printed or
flattened .jpg form without asking
permission or purchasing an additional license.
2. YOU
MAY use All of my items for SCRAP FOR HIRE.
YOU MAY NOT
1. YOU MAY NOT use Elker Wanderley Designs for an online
scrap for hire business or use my images or name to
advertise your business in online marketing.
2. YOU MAY
NOT use Elker Wanderley Designs to create quick pages for
sale at any online store, blog, or
auction sites.
3.
YOU MAY NOT use Elker Wanderley Designs items for the
purpose of web design or web templates, eBay
product
pages or eBay about me pages, My Space Layouts or Blogger
Templates without permission. If you are
interested in
this type of use, please contact me on an individual basis
through my contact at the bottom to
discuss the proper
licensing and/or request permission.
4. Claim these
images as your own (altered or unaltered)
5.
Redistribute my designs in any way (selling, sharing,
loaning or pirating)
6. Create brushes or tubes from my
designs
7. Use Elker Wanderley Designs for any harmful,
pornographic, obscene, defamatory, immoral or racial
material
8. Upload Elker Wanderley Designs to any
webpage for download; send them through Google, Yahoo or
other “list” groups
9. Make “Quick Pages” or templates
from Elker Wanderley Designs and offer them for sale or free
under any
circunstances.

depois revendê-los como Templates.
7 – Você pode alterar o tamanho, cor, etc de acordo com
a sua necessidade.
8 - Você não pode oferecer nenhum destes gráficos em
nenhum site para downloads, enviá-los através de listas
como Yahoo Grupos, Google Grupos, Comunidades na
Internet como Orkut, Gazzag e outros ou incluí-los em
alguma coleção de gráficos nem na Internet ou qualquer
outro lugar.
9 - Você deve dar corretamente o crédito nos seus Termos
de Uso, com agradecimento especial a Elker Wanderley ,
quando usar qualquer um dos meus gráficos de uso
comercial.

These Terms of Use are valid only for commercial use
products as long as you buy the proper license. The
Commercial use license for Designers allow the creation
of other products only for digital scrapbooking. By
using commercial products from Elker Wanderley, you are
agreeing to the terms of use below so please read them
fully.
1 - You may not use my commercial use products to make
other commercial use products.
2 - When creating Quick Pages e Digital Fotobooks the
final product needs to be saved as .png or .jpg format
with no individual layers or elements files.
3 - You may not create a pack or kit with this
commercial product only. This product should be, in
